What We Do
Cabaletta Bio is a clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on developing and launching T cell therapy products with the aim of providing deep, durable and potentially curative responses for patients with autoimmune diseases. Rese-cel, an investigational CD19-CAR T cell therapy, is being evaluated in the RESET trials. In the rheumatology space, the RESET program encompasses a late stage clinical trial in myositis and phase 1/2 trials in systemic sclerosis and lupus.
